We are seeking a full- time experienced Veterinary Assistant to join our team. We have openings in multiple growing services to include General Practice, Internal Medicine, and ER / TX.

Our hospital is a 24 / 7 hybrid specialty hospital located in the beautiful finger lakes region of upstate NY.

In this position you will be supporting our Doctors and Technician team by creating a positive, low-stress atmosphere for our clients and patients.Duties will include :

• Greeting client and completing patient assessment
• Maintaining medical records.
• Checking in and checking out clients
• Preparing treatment plans and discussion with owner
• Filling prescriptions.
• Performing laboratory work and diagnostic imaging.
• Providing compassionate care for hospitalized pets.

Salary range $18 - 19hr based on veterinary experience.
